The Crecco Companies is a family-owned real estate investment, development, and property ownership company founded by Anthony Crecco in 1995. Built on a family legacy of construction and real estate dating back to the 1950s, the company has developed, built, acquired, and managed residential properties across multiple markets for more than four decades.
Led by Anthony Crecco, a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and Connecticut, The Crecco Companies has been involved in the construction, development, management, or sale of more than 600 homes and over 400 real estate transactions. Our experience spans custom homebuilding, land development, multifamily ownership, residential investments, and long-term asset management.
Today, we own and manage a portfolio of residential rental properties across New York, North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. Rather than serving as a third-party property manager, we take a hands-on approach to managing our own properties, allowing us to maintain high standards, respond quickly to resident needs, and protect the long-term value of our investments.

Abel Aksam is an essential member of The Crecco Companies team, helping oversee the day-to-day operations that keep our properties running smoothly and our residents well-supported. With a strong background in property operations, accounting, and tenant relations, Abel plays a key role in ensuring that our properties are professionally maintained and that residents receive responsive, reliable service.
Working closely with Anthony Crecco, Abel assists in coordinating maintenance, managing tenant communications, supporting leasing activities, and streamlining operational processes across the company's growing real estate portfolio. His commitment to organization, efficiency, and customer service helps create a positive experience for residents while supporting the long-term success of the properties we own and manage.

Anmera Tamera
Executive Assistant to the CEO & Strategic Operations Coordinator
Anmera Tamera serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO & Strategic Operations Coordinator at The Crecco Companies, providing direct support to company leadership while helping coordinate operational initiatives across the organization's real estate portfolio.
Since 2021, Anmera has worked alongside property management professionals overseeing residential portfolios in Pennsylvania and Michigan, gaining valuable experience in lease administration, lease renewals, maintenance coordination, resident communications, and day-to-day property operations. Acting as a key point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal teams, she has helped facilitate efficient communication and ensure operational matters are addressed promptly and professionally.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Anmera built a strong foundation in customer service, developing the communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that continue to support her work today. Her ability to connect with people, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a service-oriented approach has made her a valuable asset in both resident relations and operational coordination.
At The Crecco Companies, Anmera assists with executive support, project coordination, marketing initiatives, administrative operations, and process management. She works closely with Anthony Crecco to help organize and execute key business initiatives while supporting the continued growth of the company's real estate investments and operations.
Anmera holds a degree in Radiologic Technology, bringing a unique perspective that combines technical training, attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong commitment to serving others.
